Another Son-ny Day!

Celebrating Christ 01.12.14“And when the barbarians saw the venomous beast hang on his hand, they said among themselves, No doubt this man is a murderer, whom, though he hath escaped the sea, yet vengeance suffereth not to live. And he shook off the beast into the fire, and felt no harm. Howbeit they looked when he should have swollen, or fallen down dead suddenly: but after they had looked a great while, and saw no harm come to him, they changed their minds, and said that he was a god. In the same quarters were possessions of the chief man of the island, whose name was Publius; who received us, and lodged us three days courteously.” Acts 28:4-7 (KJV) Saints remember as the Apostle Paul, a prisoner of the Roman government in bondage, yet treated as if he were free; ship wrecked on a foreign island, oppressed, yet greeted with kindness; and then bitten by a poisonous snake afflicted, yet able to shake it off into the fire and live. The Love of God and HIS courteousness is greater than that which would try to keep us in bondage, oppressed or afflict us. Saints we must not forget, the Love of God and the friendliness of mind because of our Relationship, has an effect on those around us and people we encounter. As Paul experienced, in the same quarters were the possessions of the chief man of the island, whose name was Publius; who received us, and lodged us three days courteously.Happy living and loving life so loved, with the Love of God and HIS courteousness, which is greater than any bondage, oppression or affliction that may try to come against us in the LORDs’ divine overflow!!!
