And they were all filled with the Holy Ghost, and began to speak with other tongues, as the Spirit gave them utterance.” Act 2:1-4 (KJV) SAINTS REMEMBER IT WAS FIFTY DAYS AFTER THE PASSOVER, DOING THE TIME WHEN JESUS WAS CRUCIFIED, THE FOLLOWERS OF CHRIST JESUS WERE ALL WITH ONE ACCORD IN ONE PLACE (side bar: not on one accord, but with one accord. This verse has been misquoted by preachers, gospel singers and believers. Probably as much as, “for the love of money is the root of all evil”, not “money is the root of all evil”). THIS IS THE TIME THE SON OF GOD SPOKE OF, SAYING HE MUST GO AWAY, LETTING HIS DISCIPLES KNOW HE WOULD NOT LEAVE THEM COMFORTLESS. AND ALL AT ONCE THERE CAME A SOUND FROM HEAVEN. THE POWER OF GOD, BEING EXPRESSED LIKE A RUSHING MIGHTY WIND, AND IT FILLED ALL THE HOUSE WHERE THE DISCIPLES WERE SITTING. AND THEN APPEARED CLOVEN TONGUES LIKE FIRE AND SAT ON EACH OF THEM. AND THEY WERE ALL FILLED WITH THE HOLY GHOST, AND BEGAN TO SPEAK WITH OTHER LANGUAGES AS THE SPIRIT GAVE THEM TO SAY. SAINTS WE MUST NOT FORGET THE POWER OF GOD WE HAVE IN US!!!
